Martin Luthar King and Church/ Papa e Azam

Martin Luther King Jr Martin Luther King Jr. was a prominent American civil rights leader who advocated for nonviolent resistance to racial segregation and discrimination. He played a key role in the American civil rights movement and is best known for his role in the advancement of civil rights using nonviolent civil disobedience. Luther raises the question, What is the principle and the rule/law of this world that you give money to the Pope/church to settle your sins, i.e. get your hereafter better? Not only this, Luther also translated the Bible from Latin into German. Now people who used to go to church to understand the Bible began to read by themselves. (Similarly, we are told about the differences or issues between Martin Luther King and the Pope or the Church, about the interest shown by Sultan Suleiman the Great and the tenth emperor of the Ottoman Empire and his Prime Minister Pargali Ibrahim Pasha in whatever they had to say. The evidence of this is the dialogue that is taking place between the Prime Minister of the Great Sultan Suleiman, Pargali Ibrahim Pasha, and the Ambassador of Venice.)

Ibrahim Pasha :what will the king do for the new sect that Luther has brought out? He has made the status of the church suspicious.

Ambassador of Venice: Your knowledge about this is amazing. I am really surprised. What is there to be surprised about? We all live in the same world. Luther is weakening Jesus yesterday, both materially and humanly. He has removed his Luther and exiled him.

Ibrahim Pasha:The Pope is making a mistake. He will never weaken here. He will emerge stronger and stronger with the support of the people, the rulers and other important figures. First, he will return. The people and the church will return. After that, he will assure them that they will be granted the guarantee of forgiveness of sins. He will give them the right to enter heaven.

Then the tenth Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, arrives at the court and asks Prime Minister Ibrahim Pasha what news there is from the lands of the Franks?

Ibrahim Pasha: My Lord, The priest who raised his head in front of the great father, the priest who introduced the trade of heaven in the church, and not only that, he also had the Holy Bible translated from Latin into German.

Sultan Suleman: His son dismissed this priest only because he had publicly burned the decree of his highest authority in the church without any fear. How many people know Latin? My new questions are bound to arise when the Holy Bible is translated. They like obedience. The power of the church has begun to be shaken.

Ambassador of Venice: Sultan is absolutely right. This is the first time since the Jewish problem that the whole world is facing such a big conflict, but still, it will always remain powerful.

Sultan Suleman: Tell the ambassador, please tell me. Schalkan could not convince even one Luther with his system. How will he convince the whole of Germany?

Ambassador of Venice: The Germans are accepting Luther by five emperors, but they are not accepting anyone else as emperor.

The ambassadors of Venice leave the court, while discussions continue between Sultan Suleiman and Prime Minister Ibrahim Pasha on the same issue.

Sultan Suleman: Good, The more the differences among the Franks increase, the more beneficial it will be for us. If we want to increase the power of the empire, like our elders, we will have to play all kinds of tricks in politics.

Ibrahim Pasha:Luther is compelled to remove his devilish ruler from power, he will have to end his hostility with the Turks for the time being. The Eastern and other religious leaders should be eliminated and later confused with Turkey.

Sultan Suleman: Keep an eye on them every moment. Help Luther and the German governors against the Holy Father(Papa e Azam) and Spain and make them powerful by keeping them under your control.

( This might be a reference to the historical practice of selling indulgences by the Catholic Church. During the Renaissance, the Church offered indulgences as a way for people to reduce the punishment for sins. This practice became controversial and was one of the issues that sparked the Protestant Reformation, particularly with Martin Luther’s 95 Theses in 1517. The story of the Church selling indulgences, often associated with the figure of Johann Tetzel, was a practice that sparked outrage and was a focal point of Martin Luther’s criticism of the Church. Indulgences were essentially “tickets to heaven” sold by the Church as a means of reducing the punishment for sins. Luther’s opposition to this practice was encapsulated in his 95 Theses, which he is said to have nailed to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg in 1517. This event is considered a key catalyst for the Reformation.

Until 500 Years ago, there was a custom in the Christian world of Europe that if you were a sinner, according to this custom, you could change your fate and get forgiveness by giving money to Pope Rome. Similarly, the priests of the Christian world became very rich by taking money from ignorant people and it was beneficial for them to maintain this ignorance. Then in 1517, a German priest named Martin Luther raised a rebellion against this custom. His name was Martin Luther.

He said that it was completely wrong that sinners could get forgiveness from priests and the Pope by giving money. Forgiveness can only be obtained by gaining the pleasure of the Holy God on the basis of good deeds. Not only did Martin Luther openly declare this, but he also wrote a critical review of himself and posted it on the door of the church. Then the priest Martin Luther translated the Bible from Latin into German. As soon as he translated it, he printed it in large numbers on the printing press, which was invented in Germany at that time, so that knowledge of the Bible could spread among the people so that people could read and understand their holy book in their own language. similarly, the power of the priests. Historians say that the whole story of the reform of the church begins here. They say that the story of the rise of the West begins here, which then turned into the industrial revolution, and after that, the West and the Christian world developed one after another. Exactly 500 years ago, when Martin Luther was carrying out his reforms in Germany, at that time the most powerful force in the Islamic world was the Ottoman Empire of Turkey. A Western businessman took this printing press to the Sultan Selim of that time and reached Istanbul. He said, “Sultan, buy this printing press and spread knowledge among your subjects.” Sultan Selim consulted his scholars and wise men in his cabinet and decided that we do not need this printing press. They said, “Take it away, it is not something we need.” Instead, he enacted a law, due to which books could not be printed in the Ottoman Empire for the next two and a half hundred years. Historians is said that the Islamic world’s deprivation of modern sciences began here. Historians say that the decline of the East began here. So who was this Sultan Selim I who decided that he would not allow his subjects to benefit from the light of new sciences?
